How do I return a product?

At Discount Vapes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, you may be eligible to return your item within this timeframe.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. All hardware must be returned in its original packaging, including any outer sleeves, as these contain important product serial numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept hardware returns without the original packaging.
Any free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep.

How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us with the following details:
  • Your original order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
 
Approved returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Items not eligible for return

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Opened e-liquids
  • Tanks, atomisers, or pods that have been filled with liquid, used, or removed from sealed packaging
  • Vape kits that have been filled with liquid or used
  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)
  • Opened coils or pods

Faulty or defective products

If you believe a product is faulty or defective, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Where possible, please retain the original packaging, including batch or serial number details, to allow us to investigate the issue with the manufacturer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to place a new order for the correct product and then request a return for the unused item(s) you no longer need. This ensures you receive the correct item promptly, and your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund for the product value only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within seven working days of returning your item(s), please contact us so we can confirm receipt and processing. If the refund has already been issued, you may need to contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

Sale or clearance items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
